Ibrahim to Nasir al-Mulk

He finds it surprising that Hakim Bashi would have made that mistake, since, even though he did not know French, he had a book containing an inventory of the old and new medicines. The writer addresses Nizam al-Saltanah's concern about the illness of Mirza Mahmud Khan and his conviction that the writer had not asked for a doctor and not written to him.
